Fully staffed Red Recruitment 24:7 is primed and ready to supply more companies with their ideal workers, after using its specialist expertise to boost its own workforce!

The agency has announced an internal promotion and taken on two new consultants, as it gears-up to meet the growing demand from companies needing to take on more staff as the working world shifts to get back to a sense of normality.

It’s great news for former retail assistant Ashleigh Bolton who joined Red Recruitment 24:7 with high hopes of scaling the career ladder within two to three years.

Now she is pinching herself! Since her appointment as a recruitment consultant eight months ago, Ashleigh has enjoyed a meteoric career rise, having risen through the ranks to assistant manager and now made Lincoln branch manager!

“When I originally contacted the company, it was to enquire about what vacancies they had within various industries. That’s when I was told the agency itself wanted another recruitment consultant and the rest is history.

“My progress has been so fast, but I’m delighted. I am now sourcing candidates for a growing number of client businesses,” said Ashleigh.

Jessica Pope, who lives in a village near Lincoln, is thrilled to be the Lincoln office’s newest recruit.

The former Lincoln restaurant manager and wedding co-ordinator for a rural hotel, found herself quickly hired, after answering the company’s advertisement for a recruitment consultant.

“Although the job was in a different sector to that which I had previously worked in, I recognised there were similarities with the hospitality industry.  You needed to be someone sociable, who enjoys talking to people,” said Jessica.

“I thought that my interview went well, but I both surprised and delighted when I was told I had got the job.”

Red Recruitment 24:7 which has branches in Scunthorpe and Gainsborough has also appointed a new recruitment consultant in Scunthorpe.

Claire Barker from Broughton in North Lincolnshire – a former lettings manager with a Brigg Estate Agent – decided to contact the company to ask about what sort of client vacancies it had on its books. Her timing was perfect!

“I emailed Red Recruitment 24:7 to enquire about the types of vacancies it was looking to fill.  Unexpectedly, I discovered the agency itself was looking for another recruitment consultant.  I decided to apply and got the job. I’m delighted to have joined the team. I feel very, very lucky,” said Claire.
