Step Into The Haunted Wood!
It’s guaranteed to be spooky, scary and spine-tingling – are you brave enough to snap-up tickets for an otherworldly night of ghostly goings-on?
Gelder Group is daring individuals, friends and families to head to its woodlands and embark on a Haunted Walk, full of frightful encounters with ghouls and spirits who prefer the graveyard shift!
Who will be casting some frightening shadows, will you risk bumping into undead zombies and what other bone-chilling things await those who rise to the Group’s terrifying adventure?
Go on, allow yourself to creep cautiously into a wood with a difference!
A party of brave students have already stepped forward, because a team from Lincoln College is ready to add plenty of drama and tech wizardry to this event.
Book-in for this amazing, fundraising experience – on your choice of three nights. You can do the Haunted Walk on October 30 or 31 or November 1.
Gelder will be staggering participants’ entry into the wood. Adult tickets cost £10 and children’s tickets (minimum age 12) cost £5.
On a brighter note, everyone does the walk will get a free burger or hot dog and drink and all money raised will go to St Barnabas Hospice and the Gelder Charitable Trust.
The Haunted Wood is being created on Gelder Group’s Head Office site at Sturton by Stow, where there is handy parking for everyone.
Gelder Group’s sub-contractors are being offered special sponsorship packages. Each includes free entry to the event for 4 people.
Food Sponsorship (1 for £300): Promise us a fabulous foodie package to treat our walkers’ rumbling tums after their scary experience!
Costumes Sponsorship (1 for £250): Join in the true spirit of the occasion, with a great deal, and Gelder will make sure your brand stops everyone in their tracks.
Drinks Sponsorship (5 for £150 each): Get on board with some spooktacular sips and inject some extra life into the party.
Gelder Group is also appealing for anyone who can lend or donate various props or volunteer their services.
The team is looking for skeletons, Halloween costumes, mannequin parts, giant spiders, gravestones, coffins, chains, Bluetooth speakers, smoke/fog machines and more. They are keen to hear from a make-up artist too.
